Summer line-up and more!
Woodmere has a whole line-up of summer jazz events to enjoy. First up: Saturday Night Jazz. These events are between 5 and 7 p.m and cost $25 (or $15 for members). The next two upcoming shows are a Tribute to Sam Cooke on July 24 and The Early Black Music Experience in Atlantic City on July 31. Register here!
Performances will take place outdoors or indoors depending on the weather. Please review their music performance policy page here. Guests should bring their own seating for outdoor performances.
The Saturday Night Jazz program is offered in partnership with LifeLine Music Coalition. Additionally, as part of their partnership with the soalition, Woodmere presents JAZZ from the ART: a quick, weekly dose of jazz tunes leading up to the return of the Museum’s outdoor Saturday Night Jazz series. Each week, enjoy a new video featuring interviews and a past performance by the Arpeggio Jazz Ensemble at Woodmere. Here’s some fun examples:
