Mill Creek is a diverse community located in West Philadelphia; north of Market Street, south of Girard Avenue, between 44th and 52nd Streets. MCCP currently offers multi-disciplined programs and initiatives devoted to Arts & Culture, Education, Family Preservation and Community Impact and services over 1,600 residents annually.
